Provider & scope
OmniReach is a product of VisionX LLC (VisionX Software), a Delaware limited liability company. These draft terms cover access to OmniReach by approved customer workspaces; plan entitlements and any separately agreed commercial schedule apply.
Accounts & acceptable use
Keep account access secure, use required two-factor protection and act only with authority for your workspace. No unsolicited or unlawful messaging, fraud, consent circumvention or abuse. Opt-outs and suppressions must be respected.
Fees & service
Plans are priced in USD. Card payments require separate setup; Contact sales until enabled. No delivery, inbox placement or business result is guaranteed. Downgrading does not itself delete customer data.
Customer data & DPA
Customers retain responsibility for their content, lawful basis and instructions. VisionX LLC acts as processor for customer personal data where applicable; processing requires the agreed DPA and documented safeguards.
Liability & disputes
Subject to mandatory law, the proposed aggregate liability cap is fees paid in the prior 12 months. Delaware law applies; disputes go to state or federal courts located in Delaware after 30 days of good-faith negotiation. These provisions require legal review.
